Your are @ Volunteers

  A Culture of Caring
Minimize
At Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Flower Mound, we are committed to giving our patients and their families best possible service and care.  To do that, it takes more than our physicians, administrators, and qualified staff....it takes the community.  Our volunteer program is steadfast in that goal.  We have two ways for you to volunteer: our Auxiliary and our Junior Volunteer program.  Below is more information on each program.  We encourage you to read over the materials and find out if this may be a fit for you.

We are part of a wonderful, caring community devoted to serving others and excited about having you become a part of our family.

  The Auxiliary
Minimize
Americans have volunteered at their local hospital as long as there have been hospitals, and whenever there has been a need.

Wartime has often been the impetus. The Candy Stripers -- the icon of hospital volunteerism in America, with their colorful pinafores – were a group of women volunteers at a New Jersey hospital starting in the 1940s.

Today’s hospital volunteers are a much more diverse group. They include students interested in exploring the medical field, retirees who want to stay involved in the community, and anyone with a passion for helping those in need.

If this sounds like you, please download the following brochure and mail it to:

Flower Mound Hospital Auxiliary
4400 Long Prairie Road
Flower Mound, Texas 75028

We look forward to having you on board.

Our period of accepting applications has come to a close.  Please check back in the fall.
